At the Company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders four proposals were voted on at the meeting. The results for each proposal are as follows:
Proposal No. 1 to elect seven directors of the Company, each to serve until the next Annual Meeting of Stockholders, or until a successor has been elected and qualified or until the director’s earlier resignation or removal, was approved by the stockholders.
