Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 5, 2010, Altair Nanotechnologies Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release entitled “Altair Nantechnologies Reports Second Quarter 2010 Financial Results.” The full text of the press release is provided hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference into this item 2.02.
The Company will hold a conference call to discuss its second quarter 2010 results on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
