The Monthly Servicer's Certificates for the Monthly Period ended February 1, 2003 and the Monthly Certificateholders' Statements for the Monthly Period ended February 1, 2003, with respect to the Class A Asset Backed Certificates, 5.90% Series 1998-1 and the Class B Asset Backed Certificates, Series 1998-1, the Floating Rate Class A Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2001-1, the Class B Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2001-1, the Floating Rate Class A Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2002-1, and the Class B Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2002-1, issued by the Target Credit Card Master Trust, were delivered to the Trustee on February 20, 2003, and the Monthly Certificateholders' Statements will be distributed to Certificateholders on February 25, 2003.

The above described Monthly Servicer's Certificates are filed as Exhibits 20.1, 20.3, and 20.5 to this Report. The above described Monthly Certificateholders' Statements are filed as Exhibits 20.2, 20.4, and 20.6 to this Report.

Commencing with this Report, the Servicer has revised its methodology for calculating annualized monthly net charge-off rates to reflect a 360-day year and 30 days in each month. A description of this revision and an illustration of its impact upon historical charge-off rates may be found in the Registrant's Form 8-K dated February 5, 2003.
