On August 17, 2006 Thomas Deacon resigned as an officer of our company and a director and officer of our subsidiaries, Methane Energy Corp. and Cascadia Energy Corp. in order to retire. Mr. Deacon will remain available to offer consulting services to our company and subsidiaries on an as needed basis.
