At 12/31/06 the Company had cash of $27,189 and accounts payable of $885,436. At March 31, 2007, the Company has no cash or cash equivalents and accounts payable of less than $1,000,000. The Company is actively seeking additional capital with the sale of common stock pursuant to proposed stock subscription agreements. We are a development stage company. As described in our prior quarterly reports, there is no guarantee that we will be able to generate enough capital to support current operations. This raises substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern.
