On
November 13, 2006, Gabor Ormosy tendered his resignation to the Board of
Directors of Euroweb International Corp. (the “Company”). Mr. Ormosy recently
left his position at the Wallis Group and was appointed as Board Member and
CEO
for the Hungarian Entrepreneurial Development Center, a subsidiary of the
Hungarian Development Bank, responsible for distributing EU and other state
funds to Hungarian enterprises.
To
avoid
any potential conflict of interest, Mr. Ormosy elected to resign from the Board
of directors of Euroweb International Corp.
