Effective October 8, 2014, CIS Acquisition Ltd. (the “Company”) changed its corporate name to “Delta Technology Holdings Limited” to more accurately reflect the Company’s current business. On October 29, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing its name change. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.
