Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 19, 2015, Harvard Apparatus Regenerative Technology, Inc. issued a press release announcing financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2014 and the details of a related conference call to be held at 11:00 AM EST on March 19, 2015.
