Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated July 1, 2005 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.
By letter dated July 1, 2005, the Company reported that on June 30, 2005 holders of Company’s Convertible Notes that already had exercised their conversion right exercised their warrant rights. Hence, a reduction of 5,387,430 warrants and an increase of 9,885,186 ordinary shares face value pesos 1 (V$N 1) each was made. As a result, the amount of shares of the Company goes from 347,381,262 to 357,266,448. The new amount of warrants outstanding is 62,356,123. The exercise of the warrant was performed according to terms and conditions established in the prospectus of issuance. The amount of shares acquired is equal to the amount of shares into which it was converted the convertible note at a price of US$ 0.6541 for each share face value pesos 1. Therefore US$ 6,465,902.79 entered into the Company.
