On December 22, 2008 (Beijing time), eLong, Inc. (NASDAQ: LONG), a leading online travel service provider in China, held its annual general meeting of shareholders. At the meeting the following nine persons were elected to the Board of Directors of eLong, Inc.:

Leo Austin,

Michael Doyle,

Thomas Gurnee,

Arthur Hoffman,

Henrik Kjellberg,

Cyril Ranque,

Michael Scown,

Johan Svanstrom, and

Justin Tang.

The above directors, with the exception of Mr. Ranque, were re-elected to the Board of Directors. Mr. Ranque was elected in place of Barney Harford, who chose not to stand for re-election. Mr. Ranque is Vice President, Partner Services Group Asia Pacific, of Expedia, Inc.
