On July 28, 2009, Choice Hotels International, Inc. agreed that Thomas L. Mirgon, Senior Vice President Human Resources and Administration, will be leaving the Company.
Mr. Mirgons departure from the Company was not for cause for purposes of Mr. Mirgons previously filed employment agreement, which includes terms pursuant to which the severance payments and other benefits described in the Companys definitive proxy statement filed with the SEC on April 1, 2009 are payable.
