On April 20, 2011, Sands China, an indirect subsidiary of Las Vegas Sands Corp. with ordinary shares of its common stock listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, filed its annual report in respect of the year ended December 31, 2010 (the “Annual Report”) with The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The Annual Report is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
