Item 8.01 Other Events
On December 17, 2013, Finjan Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary, Finjan, Inc. (“Finjan”), had filed a patent infringement lawsuit on December 16, 2013 against Proofpoint, Inc., and its subsidiary Armorize Technologies, Inc. alleging infringement of Finjan patents relating to endpoint, web, and network security technologies. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
