On March 3, 2015, Finjan Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing an update in the Finjan, Inc. v. Sophos case, Case No. 14-cv-01197-WHO that was filed on March 14, 2014 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
