Other Events.
 
On August 5, 2010, IDT Corporation (the “Registrant”) announced that it, eBay Inc., Skype, Inc., Skype Technologies SA, Skype Communications, S.A.R.L., and the Registrant’s subsidiaries, Net2Phone, Inc., IDT Telecom, Inc., and Union Telecard Alliance, LLC, had settled all outstanding disputes among the parties, including two patent infringement lawsuits pending in the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. In connection therewith, the Registrant issued a press release, a copy of which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
