Remarks: In addition to the securities reported herein, the Reporting Person indirectly owns 60,456 common shares in the Baskett-Bell Family Trust and directly owns options for 7,500 common shares. These securities have been previously reported. The Reporting Person also is a manager of NEA 11 GP, LLC, the general partner of NEA Partners 11, L.P., which is the general partner of New Enterprise Associates 11, Limited Partnership ("NEA 11"). NEA 11 is the beneficial owner of 200,960 common shares, which have been previously reported.
