SÃO PAULO, FEBRUARY 14, 2012 – GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: GOLL4 and NYSE: GOL), (S&P/Fitch: BB-/BB-, Moody`s: B1),  the largest low-cost and low-fare airline in Latin America, communicates to the market and its shareholders that it anticipates that it is, as of December 31, 2011,  is not in compliance with certain financial covenants under its 4th and 5th debenture issuance. 

 

The Company has requested waivers for this non-compliance and believes that will obtain then within the first quarter of 2012.  According to IFRS, the Company will, in its 2011 annual financial statements, reclassify its debentures in the aggregate amount of R$1,088.4 million from long-term debt to short-term debt as a result of this non-compliance, on  December 31,  2011.
