São Paulo, February 21, 2014 - Braskem (BM&FBovespa: BRKM5, BRKM3, BRKM6; NYSE: BAK; LATIBEX: XBRK), based on the interpretation arising from the decision of the National Securities Commission of Argentina (Comisión Nacional de Valores - CNV) issued on January 3, informs that it has revised the price of its Stock Tender Offer (Oferta Pública de Ações - OPA) to the non-controlling shareholders of Solvay Indupa to 2.40 Argentinean pesos per share. The Company believes the new offer is balanced and fair in view of the understanding presented by the CNV with regard to Law 26,831 of the Capital Markets in Argentina.
