Item 8.01 Other Events.

JoAnne Anderson, our Vice President; President, Professional Services Business Unit, has announced that she will be leaving ADC to pursue an opportunity at another company. She is in the process of transitioning out of her position. Richard Parran, Jr., our Vice President, Business Development, will be acting as interim leader of this business unit until a permanent replacement for Ms. Anderson is named.
