On January 30, 2007, Electronics For Imaging, Inc. (the "Company") announced its preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2006. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is being furnished under Item 2.02 of this Form 8-K.
