On January 28, 2008, Old National Bancorp reported its results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2007. The press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference. Old National Bancorp also released the financial trends including its fourth-quarter and full-year 2007 results.
