On March 19, 2007, Aircastle Limited announced that Ron Wainshal, Chief Executive Officer will make a presentation regarding the Company at the JPMorgan Aviation and Transportation Conference Wednesday, March 21 at 4:45 P.M. Eastern time at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City, NY., as described in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.
