The following is an email sent by the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First Citizens BancShares to certain senior members of his leadership team:
We will announce later today on IRIS the post-merger Executive Leadership Team (ELT), which we previously called executive management.
As you can see on the attached org chart, the post-merger ELT will be comprised of executives from both banks.
The attached IRIS story, which will be published around lunchtime today, provides more details.
The post-merger ELT will need to resolve many issues over the coming months, including naming their direct reports. Let me assure you that we will continue to communicate information as we are able.
