(1)	Represents a distribution of all AeroCentury Corp. shares held by JetFleet Holding Corp. ("JHC") in a dividend in kind to JetFleet Holding Corp. shareholders. Remaining 32 shares represent aggregate fractional shares for which JHC shareholders will receive cash in lieu of stock.
Remarks: On October 1, 2018, JetFleet Holding Corp. ("JHC") became a wholly-owned subsidiary of AeroCentury Corp.  Prior to the acquisition, JHC declared a dividend of all of the AeroCentury Common Stock it owned to the JHC shareholders.  Cash will be given in lieu of fractional shares, and as a result 32 whole shares will not be distributed.
