Rafael Contracts RADA $2,000,000 to Provide Equipment to its Products

NETANYA, Israel, August 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RADA Electronic Industries
Ltd. (NASDAQ: RADI - News) announced today that it has received a P.O from
Rafael, Armament Development Authority Ltd. to provide equipment to Rafael's
products. Contract value, which exceeds $2,000,000 consists of development and
serial production of multiple units with deliveries expected to begin on the
last quarter of 2007.
This contract further increases the business relationship between RADA and
Rafael, which now covers several divisions of Rafael.
Commenting on the contract, Major General (Res.) Herzle Bodinger, RADA President
and CEO said "Rafael is one of our strategic customers in Israel, we value their
selection and are proud to be involved in their programs. We are confident that
this new contract will be as successful as previous programs we had with Rafael
in recent years."
