Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On October 24, 2006, the Company reported net earnings of $7.5 million, or $.15 per diluted share, for the third quarter ended September 30, 2006, as compared to a net loss of $9.0 million, or $.18 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2005. Net sales for the third quarter increased to $306.7 million from $285.6 million in 2005. A copy of the news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.*
