On
June 4, 2007, Pool Corporation (the “Company”) and Mr. John Murphy agreed that
effective June 30, 2007, Mr. Murphy will step down from his position as Vice
President of the Company. Mr. Murphy will continue to serve as an employee
of
the Company. Effective July 1, 2007, Mr. Kenneth St. Romain will assume the
position of Company Group Vice President.
