On January 27, 2010, UAL Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2009. The press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On January 27, 2010, UAL Corporation, the holding company whose primary subsidiary is United Air Lines, Inc., provided an investor update related to its financial and operational outlook for the first quarter and full year of 2010.
