Item 7.01		Regulation FD Disclosure

On November 15 and November 16, 2010 George Paz, President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Express Scripts, Inc. sold a total of 837,368 shares following the exercise of previously granted stock options. These transactions were made pursuant to a prearranged trading plan adopted in May 2010 under Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. The exercised stock options were scheduled to expire in the near term.
