On August 3, 2006 Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) held an earnings conference call for its second quarter ended June 30, 2006. A copy of the conference call transcript is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. On August 2, 2006, the Company filed a Form 8-K that included the actual earnings release text and supplemental tables.
