Item 5.02.		Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

     On October 6, 2008, Luke Marusiak, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, announced his resignation from the Company effective as of October 17, 2008 to become Chief Executive Officer with another company. Kevin Fairbairn, President and Chief Executive Officer, will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer on an interim basis.
