ITEM 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
As previously announced, the Registrant is transitioning its segment reporting structure to align with its strategic focus and new organizational structure. The Registrant’s first-quarter 2013 financial report will be the first to use the new structure. On April 11, 2013, the Registrant made available on its corporate website unaudited historical financial data that has been recast to reflect its new segment reporting structure. The recast financial data is available at www.ti.com/ir under the headings “Segment Revenue & Operating Profit” and “Legacy Wireless Products Revenue.”
