Office opening signifies a substantial expansion into Southeast Asia

TAGUIG, PHILIPPINES / ACCESSWIRE / May 7, 2024 / IT By Design (ITBD), a master managed services provider (MMSP) and a leader in business process outsourcing (BPO) talent and training solutions, today announced the opening of its new Philippines headquarters in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), in Metro Manila. The new headquarters represents a substantial expansion of IT By Design's Philippines operations, taking advantage of the strong demand for talent from the Southeast Asian country.

The new office space will create more than 250 new roles within IT By Design, a direct response to the MSP industry's demand for top-end talent in low-cost markets. This demand has helped the company grow from its first employee in the Philippines in 2020 to its new state-of-the-art headquarters today.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by Sunny Kaila, ITBD founder and CEO; Ceferino S. Rodolfo, trade undersecretary and BOI managing head; and Leslie Vanessa C. Lim, Office of the Special Assistant to the President for Investment and Economic Affairs (OSAPIEA) Director.
