Kozub has a decade of in-depth experience building and running award-winning early in career programs. During her time at Cisco, she led the strategy and execution for the Global Sales and Engineering Intern Program that successfully enrolled and developed approximately a thousand university students throughout her tenure.

The goal of Iron Bow’s sales academy is to establish a platform to provide opportunities for young talent seeking careers in the tech industry. The focus will be on continuing education and professional development for newly graduated students in an effort to support ambitious targets for cybersecurity, IT modernization, digital transformation, and workforce experience solution areas.
