Seasoned Financial Executive to Drive Strategic Growth

Oceanview Reinsurance Ltd. (Oceanview Re), a subsidiary of Oceanview Holdings Ltd., is pleased to announce the promotion of Stelian Dragan to the newly created role of President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its business in Bermuda, effective immediately.

As President and CEO, Mr. Dragan will oversee Oceanview Reinsurance’s operations with the goal of delivering innovative reinsurance solutions and strengthening its reputation as a trusted partner in the industry. Mr. Dragan has served as President and Chief Business Development Officer of the company since April 2022 and brings over two decades of experience in reinsurance and financial services. He has a proven track record of building relationships and implementing transformative business strategies, with expertise in corporate development, strategic planning, and capital markets.

Mr. Dragan previously held leadership roles at Athene Life Re, Bear Stearns, and Deutsche Bank Securities, where he honed his expertise in reinsurance solutions, strategic advisory, and capital raising. He holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.
