4+ month LOS increase, dramatic difference in tenure

SafelyYou Respond™ increased length of stay for residents by an incredible 4+ months on average. The groundbreaking AI solution was proven to impact tenure and turnover, too, with SafelyYou users showing a 62.5% higher likelihood of remaining in their communities after one year. Data compiled over three years showed that SafelyYou residents maintained a dramatically lower average turnover rate than non-user residents. While ALIS reports that approximately one-third of residents move out of senior living communities in the first 90 days, SafelyYou solves this challenge, helping communities overcome early move-outs. This was all fueled by SafelyYou’s ability to remarkably improve retention at 30, 60, and 90 days, with the technology’s impact increasing the longer it was in use. In fact, at the 90-day mark, there was an amazing 49.8% improvement for those using the service.
