("Creative Services").  On November 26, 2021, Creative Services became aware of unusual activity on its network. Following a forensic investigation, Creative Services determined that cybercriminals had infiltrated its network and gained unauthorized access to, and may have even copied, confidential files containing the personal information of at least 164,673 individuals. The exposed personal information included:

- Social Security numbers
- Dates of birth
- Driver's license numbers
