Veteran-owned restaurant Harry's Scratch Kitchen is pleased to introduce a host of handcrafted cocktails—featuring fresh local ingredients—to its new seasonal menu.
A fan favorite of residents and visitors to the Lakeville community, Harry's is known for its fresh flavors and ingredients, thanks to its partnerships with local farmers and ranchers, and its commitment to serving delicious, farm-to-table dishes to friends and family in the area.
Starting this month, the restaurant is taking its fresh-farm approach to its crafted cocktail menu. Using homemade shrubs, syrups, and purees, patrons will enjoy a refreshing twist on classic cocktail recipes, such as The Dirty Harry, Old Fashioned, Cranberry Rose Spritzer, and the Black Metal Manhattan.

Minnesotans from all over can visit Harry's to try one, or two, of their new signature cocktails. The menu will be available all season long, but patrons can enjoy a special discount of $2 off during Happy Hour (Monday through Fridays, from 3-6 p.m.).
