Missing Tennessee girl Summer Wells' father arrested for DUI, faces multiple charges: ‘A stupid decision’

Donald Wells, the father of 5-year-old Summer Wells, was reportedly arrested Saturday night in Hawkins County, Tenn., for driving under the influence and other charges unrelated to his daughter's disappearance.
