Virginia parent fighting 'race-based' admissions policy wins legal battle as case heads to Supreme Court

Dr. Harry Jackson, a parent and former PTA president for Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in Virginia, had four criminal charges of libel and slander levied against him dismissed by a judge Friday.
