Columbia, South Carolina, police, in partnership with the U.S. Marshals Service, are offering $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of Amari Sincere-Jamal Smith, the third suspect charged in connection to Saturday afternoon's shooting at an in-door shopping mall over Easter weekend.
