On November 25, 2009, Kingstone Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing, among other things, its estimated financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2009. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
