Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers. |
On June 17, 2005, Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (“Enterprise”) announced that O.S. “Dub” Andras has elected to retire as Vice Chairman of Enterprise Products GP, LLC (“Enterprise GP”), the general partner of Enterprise, effective July 1, 2005. Mr. Andras, who will be 70 years old in July, will continue to serve on the Board of Directors of Enterprise GP as a non-executive director.
