This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K of Trammell Crow Company dated and filed March 1, 2005 (the “Original Report”). This amendment is being filed solely to correct an earlier administrative error relating to the filing of the Press Release attached as Exhibit 99.1 to the Original Report. The attached Exhibit 99.1 supersedes and replaces the previously filed Exhibit 99.1 in its entirety.

On March 1, 2005, Trammell Crow Company issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2004. A copy of this press release is being furnished as an exhibit to this report on Form 8-K.
