Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

The ServiceMaster Company (the “Company”) announces that Charles M. Fallon, the President of the Company’s Terminix segment, has resigned from the Company.  The effective date for Mr. Fallon’s resignation as President of Terminix will be March 29, 2013.  Terminix’s Vice President of Operations, Larry Pruitt, will serve as interim President of Terminix until a new President is named.
