BANCOLOMBIA S.A. ANNOUNCES THE RESIGNATION OF CHIEF INTERNATIONAL OFFICER

 

 

Medellin, Colombia, February 18, 2013

 

 

The Board of Directors of Bancolombia S.A. (“Bancolombia”) in a meeting held today accepted the resignation of Carlos Alberto Rodríguez López who has been performing the role of Chief International Officer since 2011. Mr. Lopez will retire from the Bank effective March 4, 2013.

 

Bancolombia Group extends its gratitude to Mr. Rodríguez for his management and service to the Group, and wishes him success in his future endeavors
