BANCOLOMBIA S.A. ANNOUNCES DECISION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

 

Medellin, Colombia, October 23, 2017

 

In a meeting held today, the Board of Directors of Bancolombia S.A. (“Bancolombia”) unanimously authorized Maria Cristina Arrastía Uribe, Chief Personal and SMEs Banking Officer, to proceed with the sale of her units in an investment portfolio (Fondo de Acciones SVA). The units to be sold represent shares of Bancolombia.

 

This transaction will be carried out in accordance with Bancolombia’s internal procedures for the sale and purchase of Bancolombia shares by its officers, available at www.grupobancolombia.com.co, on the “Corporate Governance” page.
