Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 8, 2007, Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust issued a press release
announcing that it will redeem all of its outstanding 9.5% Series B Cumulative
Redeemable Preferred Shares of Beneficial Interest on November 12, 2007. The
shares will be redeemed at $25.00 per share, plus accrued and unpaid dividends
to the redemption date without interest. A copy of the October 8, 2007 press
release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by
reference.
