Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective March 12, 2019, Cirrus Logic, Inc. transitioned Scott A. Anderson from his role as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Mixed-Signal Audio Division to the role of Senior Vice President, Supply Chain and Engineering Operations.
