On March 5, 2004, JPS Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that on March 4, 2004 it received notification from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc., that the Company’s application to list its common stock on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market has been approved, as more fully described in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
